March 9, 2025 - INDEPENDENCE, MO - For the first time in MASL history, the San Diego Sockers (17-3-0) defeated the Kansas City Comets (13-4-2) inside Cable Dahmer Arena. The Sockers' first-ever away win against the Comets came in a commanding 7-3 result on Sunday evening. The Comets have now lost three straight heading into the final five games of the season. March 8, 2025 - The Kansas City Comets (13-3-2) are back on home turf this Sunday as they play host to the San Diego Sockers (16-3-0) for the rubber match of the season series. The Comets are looking to return to winning ways after a pair of losses. The Comets played well for three quarters on Friday in Chihuahua but didn't have enough to overcome a 4-goal deficit in the second quarter. Comets Fall Short in Chihauhua

March 8, 2025 - CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO - The depleted Kansas City Comets (13-3-2) fought hard but came up short against the back-to-back champion Chihuahua Savage as they suffered a 9-4 road defeat on Friday evening at Corner Sport Arena. Aside from conceding four goals in the second quarter, the Comets matched up well with the Savage, losing the rest of the game 5-4. March 6, 2025 - The Kansas City Comets (13-2-2) will face off against the Chihuahua Savage (16-4-0) in a rematch of last year's Ron Newman Cup Finals.
